Due to the nature of the product, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item and/or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us with your order number within 15 days of receiving your item(s). We cannot process any requests after 15 days of delivery.
