Orders are shipped Monday-Friday except on public holidays in Canada and the US. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

All order are shipped via Canada Post. Packages from Canada Post are then passed on to your countries Federal Mail Service. Order confirmation & tracking will be sent to the email/phone number used when the order was placed on our website

Delivery times are chosen by the customer at the time of checkout. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for processing times. All customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for packages abandoned due to duties or taxes.
